Natalina Scarsellone
Personnel Manager
Natalina Scarsellone is a Canadian flutist from Toronto, Ontario. She graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Music (Honours in Orchestral Instrument – Flute Performance) and a Minor in French Studies, studying under Stephen Tam. After completing her undergraduate degree, Natalina continued her education at McGill University, where she studied under Joanna G’froerer, the Principal Flute of the National Arts Centre Orchestra (NACO). She recently earned her Master’s degree in Flute Performance from McGill.
During her master's program, Natalina took on various roles at McGill, including woodwind assistant, event staff, and ultimately, orchestra personnel manager and librarian for McGill’s Opera Orchestra. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career in arts administration and orchestra personnel management.
In the past year, Natalina participated in the NACO Mentorship program as the inaugural Orchestra Personnel Management participant, where she received guidance from NACO’s Personnel Team. Following this, she returned to Montréal to serve as the Orchestra Personnel Manager for l’Orchestre de la Francophonie. She has now begun her journey as the Orchestra Personnel Manager with Orchestra Toronto.
